Eligibility

Open to:

  • Birthmothers that have placed their child for adoption
  • Preference for adoption that has taken place in the last 5 years
  • Preference for a birthmother who is a resident of Florida or has placed the child/children with adoptive parents in Florida
  • Demonstrates financial need
