Rosanna has a pivotal role driving the Community Foundation’s strategic vision, providing executive support and implementation oversight key initiatives, including three Supporting Organizations focused on housing, historic preservation, and culture.

Her key responsibilities include managing executive affairs, facilitating leadership meetings, maintaining and monitoring the performance of the Leading for Good Strategic Plan, supporting existing strategic initiatives, and identifying new ones.

Her vast experience in project management, reporting, and communication will help all teams at the Community Foundation stay on target, on task, and on time.
Before The Community Foundation
Rosanna brings over a decade of diverse professional experience in private industry to the Community Foundation. Most recently, she was a project management consultant for a variety of firms going through mergers and acquisitions.

She also spent 14 years at MasTec Network Solutions, the national communications infrastructure division of MasTec, where she progressively assumed responsibilities over operations at the regional and national levels. Her work required collaboration with finance, legal, IT, and human resources teams.

She owned P&L (profit and loss) for the real estate site acquisition, construction, and operations for MasTec’s expansion into Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
