The Community Foundation is thrilled to welcome two outstanding professionals in their respective fields, Stacey Bell and Elizabeth Pritchard, to serve on our leadership team this month.
Stacey Bell joins the Community Foundation as Chief Financial Officer. Stacey has been the CFO for the FAU Foundation since early 2021 following 17 years at the university as Associate Vice President for Finance, Planning and Analysis and Assistant Vice President and University Controller. Prior experience includes the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution and audit firms in Fort Lauderdale and Providence, RI. She is a CPA with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Florida and a Master of Accounting from Florida International University.
Elizabeth Pritchard joins the team as our inaugural Chief Information Officer, a critical position that emerged through the Board of Directors-led strategic planning process. Elizabeth has been FAU’s Executive Director of Advancement Services since April 2021, the Interim Executive Director since October 2019, and Director of Prospect Research and Management since 2017. Prior to FAU, she spent 14 years at the University of South Florida as an employee and a student. She holds a BA in History and an MLIS (Master of Library and Information Science) from USF.
