Kelly Doyle
Why I Joined The Community Foundation
Kelly’s key role is to support the Vice President for Philanthropy and our Philanthropic Services Team by managing key relationships with donors and ensuring smooth operations during a period of significant growth. She is essential in optimizing the team’s time and collaborating closely with the Community Foundation’s marketing, data, grants, scholarships, and finance colleagues.
Kelly spent eight years as an early childhood educator, specializing in kindergarten. During that time, she led initiatives in curriculum development, teacher mentorship, and program oversight.
From creating inclusive, standards-aligned pacing guides to directing a team of educators across in-person, online, and hybrid settings, Kelly has always brought a hands-on, student-centered approach to her work.
She has mentored aspiring teachers toward earning their CDA certifications and guided students through successful transitions to online learning. Her experience supporting ESE learners, collaborating with school leadership, and using data to drive instruction has equipped her to contribute meaningfully to the Community Foundation team and our mission.
