Allen C. Clark Memorial Scholarship Fund

It is not often that the mention of the tax collector will inspire smiles and feelings of respect and admiration. But for Allen C. Clark, Palm Bach County’s tax collector for 17 years, these are only a few of the feelings he inspired in those who knew and loved him. Throughout his lifetime, Allen was devoted to service – for his country (he earned a Bronze Distinguished Flying Cross in the Air Force) and his community.
