- Graduating high school senior from Indiantown attending South Fork High School
- Open to a student attending either a two or a four year college
- Preference to a student who has not received another private scholarship and has maintained a 3.0 GPA or better while in high school
- Prefer a student who has shown a commitment to family and/or community
- Demonstrate financial need
