About the Fund

Jon Michael Napierkowski lived his life with determination, optimism and a passion for excellence — qualities captured in the classic poem by Edgar Guest, “It Couldn’t Be Done.”
A graduate of John I. Leonard High School, Class of 1985, Jon was deeply involved in sports, his church and his community. A lifelong member of St. Luke’s Catholic Church in Lake Worth, he served for five years as an altar boy and trained others for the role.
An entrepreneur from an early age, Jon began finding and selling golf balls at the age of 8, supervised a lawn maintenance crew at 15, and later worked as a night manager at a convenience store. His career path ultimately led him to the legal field, where, while still a teenager, he founded Consolidated Attorney Services, Inc., providing legal document services across Palm Beach County. By age 20, Jon had built one of the top businesses of its kind and was appointed by Chief Judge Daniel T.K. Hurley to the Certification Board for Process Servers of Palm Beach County.
Jon was known for his professionalism, integrity and commitment to service. His future plans included obtaining an investigator’s license, becoming a paralegal, and ultimately practicing law. Tragically, his life was cut short in an automobile accident in October 1989 while conducting business.
To honor his memory and spirit, the Jon Michael Napierkowski Memorial Scholarship Fund was established by his parents, Albert and Judy Napierkowski. The scholarship supports graduating seniors of Cardinal Newman High School who reside in Palm Beach County and plan to attend an accredited vocational school, college or university.
Jon’s legacy continues to inspire those who believe that with hard work, perseverance and faith, anything is possible.
