Chanoukah E. Jerome
Why I Joined The Community Foundation
Chanoukah will be providing programmatic support for grantmaking activities. She will manage a portfolio of nonprofit community partnerships and serve as a principal point of contact for prospective nonprofit partners.
Chanoukah served as the Community Health Educator at the Promise Fund of Florida, where she led outreach and education efforts to increase knowledge and access to breast and cervical cancer screenings for medically underserved women. She cultivated partnerships with community and faith-based organizations to bridge critical gaps in care across our target populations.
In addition to this work, she volunteered with the National Aid Foundation for Unprovided Children in Broward County, supporting their mission to bring food relief to families living in food deserts.
