Lesa Dalton manages the executive office, providing administrative and project management support, overseeing HR and internal processes, and strategic planning oversight.
Before The Community Foundation
Lesa was Associate Executive Director for the Family YMCA at Tarrytown, overseeing day to day operations including program development and direction, fundraising, special events, marketing, and human resources. She was with the Y for 28 years and has always worked in a nonprofit setting.
Noteworthy
- Moved to Florida in 2021, and couldn’t be happier here!
- Has three grown sons, their significant others, three grandchildren, a husband of 37 years, and two pups
- Cooks, reads, knits, and has a newfound interest in exercise!
