About the Fund
At the Extraordinary Foundation, Inc, our mission is to improve the lives of special needs and medically
complex children, young adults and their families by providing childcare, resources and essential services.
We offer a variety of programs and services to meet the needs of our community, including, medical
childcare, emergency financial assistance, supplies and healthcare services. We also provide educational
and mental health support to the families. We have expanded our services to include a Special Needs
clinic that offers behavioral, physical, occupational and speech therapies. Our goal is to provide wrap
around services to alleviate some of the challenges that families with special needs and medically
complex children and young adults face.
