- Also open to healthcare professionals pursuing a degree in nursing and attending school on a part-time or full-time basis, must maintain a B average.
- Must be a resident of Palm Beach, Martin or ST. Lucie County and be a United States Citizen.
- Must demonstrate good moral character and financial need.
- Must attend an accredited college, university, or vocational school in Palm Beach, Martin, or St. Lucie County
