The Lord’s Place Endowment Fund (est. 2018)
Join The Lord’s Place “Make It Happen fund ” as we work to break the cycle of homelessness and provide sustainability to the critical programs, services and housing needed to help those who face poverty, adversity and reentry from incarceration.
On a yearly basis, The Lord’s Place makes a lasting impact on lives touched and lives changed. The agency serves close to 1,800 vulnerable and severely economically disadvantaged households in Palm Beach County each year, helping them to transform their lives and return their families to financial stability and greater well-being. Through the employment services program, the agency helps about 350 clients per year secure gainful employment. It provides housing to more than 400 homeless families and individuals and prides itself on 95 percent of clients achieving a life that includes housing and self-sustainability.
But how do we make it happen? The Lord’s Place strategic plan focusing on five pillars to end homelessness in Palm Beach County – Housing, Job Training and Employment, Social Enterprise, Homeless Outreach and Engagement, and Reentry Services. The Lord’s Place has provided the plan, it’s our donors who believe in our clients and our mission who are able to make it happen.
