David ensures that the Community Foundation’s headquarters, the Center for Philanthropy, remains in pristine condition year-round for all visitors, and tenants who call it home.

He takes pride in caring for the building’s two stories, including its Snowdon Community Rooms, kitchen, courtyard, entryways, office suites, as well as its coveted downtown parking lot. David keeps everyone keeps cool and secure through the A/C and building security systems.
