As a Philanthropic Services Advisor, Dawn partners with individuals, families, and family offices to develop and implement customized giving strategies rooted in their values and vision. She also leads the strategy and execution for the African American Museum and Research Library (AAMRL), working to ensure the initiative reflects community priorities, engages philanthropists meaningfully, and drives long-term impact.

Dawn advised individuals, families, and private family foundations on their philanthropic strategy, helping to align their resources with meaningful causes and long-term goals. She also led high-impact initiatives at the intersection of the arts, education, and economic development.
