Katie organizes and coordinates operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. While overseeing administrative tasks, she manages office supplies, supporting staff, scheduling, and communication.
Katie is an experienced educator and leader with a strong background in elementary education. Before joining the Community Foundation, she dedicated years to teaching and serving as a team leader, fostering both academic and extracurricular growth among her students.
Passionate about enriching student experiences beyond the classroom, she actively contributed to after-school programs such as dance club and First Priority, inspiring young minds through creative and character-building activities.
Beyond her work in education, Kaitlynn finds great joy in volunteering at her church, where she is dedicated to serving her community and making a positive impact. Her commitment to faith, education, and mentorship reflects her passion for uplifting and empowering those around her.
