Congratulations on your grant approval! By publicizing your grant, you will build awareness and credibility for your work while recognizing the donors who help make these grants possible.
We often feature stories of our grantees in our marketing materials, including our newsletters and annual report. We request acknowledgement of the foundation’s funding in all communications related to the project, including:
- Press releases
- Website content
- Social media
- Annual reports
- Other promotional materials

Here are some suggested ways to announce your project’s grant award:
Many of our grant recipients successfully earn media coverage when they issue a press release about a funded project to local media outlets.
When mentioning the foundation’s support in your press release and on your website, please include a link to www.yourcommunityfoundation.org.
Take advantage of opportunities to capture and share appealing images. The Community Foundation features grant recipients in our printed publications, on our website and on our social platforms. Please share your images with us. Tag us or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Public events and /or materials are expected to have the Community Foundation for Palm Beach and Martin Counties logo clearly visible. Include the Community Foundation for Palm Beach and Martin Counties logo and URL link on your website.
